Now been for a walk around the city and a nice lunch of Hungarian goulash soup and Hungarian beer. Now back at the room enjoying the view of the old buildings on the river. Not a very clear day and a bit chilly 8 degrees. Ok if you dress properly.

Budapest day 1
Finally arrived at the Marriott Hotel after travelling for 30 hours about 11am. Glad we could get straight in as the shower was great and pleased to get out of the clothes we had for the entire trip.
Now been for a walk around the city and a nice lunch of Hungarian goulash soup and Hungarian beer. Now back at the room enjoying the view of the old buildings on the river. Not a very clear day and a bit chilly 8 degrees. Ok if you dress properly.
